Sel de la Terre
Sel de la Terre, our sister restaurant, opened its first location in 2001 by former L’Espalier Chef de Cuisine, Geoff Gardner with Frank McClelland as partner. Chef Gardner looks to Provence for inspiration for its rustic, farm fresh menu. Sel de la Terre truly has something to offer everyone. Its boulangerie bakes breads and pastries throughout the day, while the kitchen serves lunch, dinner, and late night menus. Sel de la Terre has grown to three locations: at Long Wharf in Boston, within the Natick Mall in Natick, MA and on Boylston St. next door to L'Espalier adjacent to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
