Part of the distinctiveness of dining at L’Espalier is the menu selection. Each menu is a representation of Chef McClelland’s selections for the day but as the guest, you are welcome to mix and match from any of the offerings listed to essentially create your own menu.

A unique menu inspired by the seasons of New England crafted for your table, Chef McClelland orchestrates an adventurous symphony of food traveling through multiple courses. Chef McClelland's Tasting Journey brings you an exploration of his specialties with a lavish menu including caviar and truffles, the makings for a memorable evening.
