The Master Class gives culinary enthusiasts an opportunity to go behind the scenes at L'Espalier with Chef Frank McClelland, L'Espalier's experienced team of chefs, Sommelier Lauren C. Daddona, Mâitre d’ and Fromager Louis Risoli, and the pastry department. Classes can be spread over several days or taken in a one-day intensive class. In addition to the educational experience, students receive a professional chef's jacket as well as a complimentary dinner at L'Espalier.
