For 25 years (we celebrate our Silver Anniversary this summer) cheese has been an essential component of dining at L'Espalier. ESQUIRE MAGAZINE has touted us for presenting one of the 10 best cheese boards in America. And we proudly introduce CHEESE TUESDAY, a once a month celebration of cheese and wine, featuring a four course meal, matching wines, and sumptuous cheese tasting, all for $55.00 Chef Frank McClelland and his Maitre d' and fromager Louis Risoli are passionate about cheese, seeking out handcrafted, artisanal cheeses with great character and depth of flavor. A nightly array of 30 cheeses is presented to our guests. Our selections are truly international, featuring outstanding European, American, and even Australian cheese. Cheese is available as either a selection between main course and dessert, or as the Grand Fromage portion of our seven course-tasting menu.
