The Master Class gives culinary enthusiasts an opportunity to go behind the scenes at L'Espalier with Chef Frank McClelland, Chef de Cuisine James Hackney, Beverage Director Erik Johnson, Mâitre d’ and Fromager Louis Risoli, and the Pastry Department. Classes can be spread over several days or taken in a one-day intensive class.
