Chef Frank McClelland is pleased to open his doors for Sunday brunch. “Enjoying a relaxing meal with friends and family on a Sunday afternoon has always been something that I’ve enjoyed. I am excited to be able to bring that experience to our guests, “ says McClelland. L’Espalier’s brunch menu (featured below) will be a la carte with a fixed price/tasting menu option. L’Espalier will be open for brunch every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. Reservations recommended.

Frank McClelland fondly remembers having tea with his grandmother and grandfather on their gentleman's farm growing up in New Hampshire and has always enjoyed the art of conversation and sharing delicious bites around the table. He is happy to bring a full tea service to guests beginning on Friday, May 9 (Mother's Day weekend) at L'Espalier. We are proud to announce that we will be continuing our Wine Monday series in 2004. Come sample sumptuous wines from across the globe paired with Chef McClelland's award-winning contemporary French-New England cuisine. The evenings include a wine briefing by L'Espalier sommelier Erik Johnson and full descriptions of each wine offered. "This is something we have always done on a weekly basis with our staff and we are now happy to bring this sort of exciting wine education and incredible value to the public. We look forward to seeing familiar faces at Wine Mondays as well as welcoming a new audience of food and wine lovers," says McClelland. Wine Monday begins at 7pm and is $50 per person. Chef Frank McClelland and fromager Louis Risoli are pleased to host Cheese Tuesdays at L’Espalier. Each evening will include a four-course dinner with a different wine paired with each course. Whether you've always wanted to be a professional chef, or are searching for the perfect gift for that special someone, look no further than L'Espalier. We are offering classes that will give culinary enthusiasts an opportunity to go behind the scenes at L'Espalier with Chef de Cuisine Frank McClelland, sous chef James Hackney, sommelier Erik Johnson, Maitre d' and cheese expert Louis Risoli, and pastry chef Lucy Glod. Classes are given in three- 4-hour installments or in a one-day intensive class and as part of the class, the student will receive a professional chef's jacket as well as a complimentary dinner at L'Espalier. The cost of the course is $1000, and space is extremely limited.
